Glacier Condos is a locally owned business with
a goal of developing a limited number of quality accommodations in Glacier,
Washington, less than a mile from the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. We are just 17 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area.
Our plan is to build 16 two-bedroom condominium units with gas fire places, hot tubs, and storage units.
The units will be available in fractional ownerships - four owners per unit sharing 12 1/2 weeks a year. The time is divided into four weeks winter,
four weeks summer, two (plus) fall and spring. The 12-week schedule rotates in each season so all owners
will have all holidays at least once every four years. The initial schedule is set on a first-come first-ranked basis.

The completed 23,000 Sq. Ft. pub/restaurant has an approved conditional use permit for multi-purpose meeting room, banquet/dining room, dance facility, nightclub, live music, and gaming area.
